Manufacturing Process Features
1.Precise core ensures low losses and minimal no-load noise
High-grade, cold-rolled silicate steel are precision-cut with computer-controlled machines, then will be computerized assembled into cores, to ensure compliance with even the smallest tolerances. The mitered step-lap technique ensures superior flux distribution at the joints, resulting in exceptionally low losses and minimal no-load noise.
2.Voltage tapping system Available
Ryan 110KV power transformer allows you to safely adjust the voltage to grid conditions. It can either be changed in the de-energized state by means of a de-energized tap changer or adjusted in steps under load using on-load tap changers.
3.Leak-proof Tank with light weight
Ryan’s tank is structurally light and leak-proof, and must withstand mechanical stresses. First-class corrosion protection is therefore a basic requirement for long tank life.
