Ryan Electric Empowers Knowledge Sharing with Internal Lecturer Program and Product Presentation Competition

To mark Teachers' Day 2025, our Human Resources Department introduced the Internal Lecturer Certification Program. The program aims to:
Encourage employees to exchange knowledge and enhance their professional skills;
Capture valuable experience and convert it into collective organizational knowledge.

To support this initiative, we also held a company-wide product presentation competition. Each team actively participated, delivering comprehensive presentations on our key products, including dry-type transformers, oil-immersed transformers, pad-mounted transformers, and compact prefabricated transformers. The participants developed a deeper understanding of our products and their practical applications. Simultaneously, the event strengthened team collaboration and motivated employees to share their expertise, ultimately allowing us to serve the global power market with enhanced professionalism and insight.
