The tank is fully sealed. That matters more than you'd think. It keeps air out, so the oil doesn't oxidize quickly, and the insulation stays in good shape for years. Cooling comes from the corrugated tank itself. No separate oil storage tank needed. The corrugated panels act like a radiator, and they also help keep noise down. So it runs cooler and quieter without adding extra parts.
Mechanically, it's pretty solid. The tank and edges can be bolted or welded, depending on how you want to install it. There's a six‑sided rigid frame that holds everything in place during transport and once it's set up. Inside, the windings are oxygen‑free copper with reinforced supports, so they don't deform under short‑circuit stress. That's one less thing to worry about.
Core is cold‑rolled silicon steel, which keeps no‑load loss low. Nothing special to call out there-just standard good practice.
If you're the one doing the servicing, you'll appreciate the oil level gauge and the gas relay. They make checking on things straightforward. No complicated procedures.
Every unit goes through routine test, leak test, oil test, and final inspection before it leaves. So the one you get has already been checked. Quality isn't something we talk about after the fact-it's built in from the start.
