Celebrating the Women Who Power Jiangsu Ryan Electric
This year for International Women's Day, we kept things simple but sincere at Jiangsu Ryan Electric. Honestly, it was one of those days that just felt right.
We gathered our female employees, handed out some small gifts, and for a few minutes, the office buzzed with laughter and chatter. Nothing fancy-just a genuine moment to say thank you. Our big screen in the lobby played a little tribute throughout the day, and honestly? It was nice to see people stop and smile.
It got me thinking. Since 2007, we've grown quite a bit-now sitting on 23,000 square meters of facility space, shipping dry-type transformers, oil-immersed ones, substations, and switchgear to places like the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Southeast Asia, and beyond. We've got all the certifications-ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, UL, CE. The works.
But at the end of the day, what really makes this place run isn't the machinery or the paperwork. It's people. And the women here? They're something else. Engineers keeping things precise, coordinators holding projects together, managers making the tough calls-they do it all, and they do it well.
So this Women's Day wasn't about making a big statement. It was just about looking around and appreciating the people we work with every day. The ones who show up, solve problems, and somehow make this place feel a little more like... well, like more than just a company.
To every woman at Jiangsu Ryan Electric-thanks for being you. We're better because of it.
