Inspection And Testing Of Dry-type Transformers

(1) Visual inspection
Test the cabinet specifications, external dimensions and process structure dimensions, electrical assembly process, surface coating, etc., determine whether they are qualified, and make records.
(2) Test
a) Seller shall conduct a dry-type transformer type test if:
New product identification.
After formal production, the structure, materials and processes have changed greatly enough to affect the performance of the equipment.
Mass-produced products, type inspection every 3 years.
When the product is discontinued for more than 2 years and is produced again.
When the national quality supervision agency puts forward the requirements for type inspection.
The samples for type inspection should be randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection, and the number is 2, according to the provisions of GB/T 2829 standard. The sampling scheme adopts a sampling scheme with the discriminant level of I, and the product quality is expressed by the number of unqualified, and the unqualified quality level is RQL=120. Seller shall provide an up-to-date type test report.
b) Factory test
The seller shall provide the type test and certification report of the supplied dry-type transformer. The factory test items are shown in the following table, if there is any difference, please explain it in detail.
