Ryan Meets Eaton: Celebrating a Year of Teamwork and Gearing Up for What's Next
Last week, on January 29th, the teams from Jiangsu Ryan Electric and Eaton Transformer (Jiangsu) wrapped up 2025 and turned the page to 2026. Our annual get-together, themed around unity and new beginnings, was a chance to pause, say thanks, and get everyone pointed in the same direction for the exciting work ahead.
Spotlight on Our People
First things first-we took time to celebrate the folks who really made a difference. The 2025 awards went out to our standout new hires, top-performing employees, and the teams who just crushed their goals. We also gave special nods to our safety stars, quality champions, dedicated long-timers, and outstanding Party members. These awards aren't just about results; they're about the attitude and teamwork that make those results possible.
Hearing from the winners was a highlight. Hong Jun, one of our new stars, talked about finding his footing and how much he's learned in just a year. Qian Rongrong, a consistent top performer, shared what "getting it right every day" looks like on the ground. And the team that won for cross-department collaboration gave us a real-world lesson in how breaking down walls between groups can solve problems that once seemed stuck. It was a good reminder that our biggest wins are always team efforts.
The Year in Review, The Year Ahead
After our CFO, Liang Lihua, led a straightforward talk on why doing business the right way matters, Xiao Peng (Ryan's Executive VP and Eaton's GM) walked us through the year's numbers and milestones. He touched on how we've grown in new markets, made our operations smoother, and pushed our tech forward.
Then, Li Zhong, Ryan's General Manager, laid out the game plan. He was clear about what we achieved last year and, more importantly, what we're aiming for in 2026. The message from him and other leaders-including Zhang Xinrong from Marketing, Xu Wei, Yin Fangzhen from Ops, Xu Songbin from Eaton Ops, and Mei Dejin from R&D-was consistent: hitting these new goals will take focus, fresh ideas, and every team pulling together.

One Team, One Goal
President Wang Xiaofeng addressed the room, and his pride in the team's work was evident. His focus, though, was on the road ahead. He talked about the opportunities we see and the challenges we know are coming. His take? Our best bet is to stay smart, stay connected, and keep looking for better ways to do things.
Wrapping things up, Chairman Wang Liangming thanked everyone, especially those we honored, for their hard work. His closing thought was a call to action: let's channel our shared energy and focus into making 2026 a standout chapter for the company.
A Quick Look at Ryan Electric
For those who might not know us: Jiangsu Ryan Electric started up in 2007. We're focused on building equipment that helps move and manage electrical power-things like dry-type and oil-immersed transformers, compact substations, and switchgear. We operate out of a 23,000+ square meter facility and offer over 50 different product lines.
We put a lot into our manufacturing and testing gear to make sure our products are reliable, efficient, and tough-they're built to handle high stress with minimal loss and noise. That reliability has helped us build partnerships with clients from the Americas to Asia and Africa.
We stand behind our work with international certifications like ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, and our key products carry approvals from names you know, like UL, CE, and ASTA.
Here's to the Next Chapter
So, that was our day. More than just a meeting, it felt like a collective deep breath before the next sprint. The teams at Ryan and Eaton are heading into 2026 with a clear picture of the goal and a real sense of how we'll get there-together.
