Ryan Electric 2025 Staff Sports Day | Company News
Jiangsu Ryan Electric Co., Ltd. held its 2025 Staff Sports Day earlier this year. The event brought together employees from different departments for a day away from regular work routines.
People from production, engineering, and office teams all took part. Some joined as full teams, others rotated between activities. There was no fixed pace. Some groups focused on winning, while others treated it as a chance to relax and spend time with colleagues they do not usually work with.
The activities included tug of war, team block building, group jump rope, and a team roller game. Most of the events required coordination rather than individual strength. In tug of war, timing mattered more than force. During the block-building activity, teams spent more time discussing roles than actually building. The roller game was unfamiliar to many participants and quickly became one of the more talked-about parts of the day.
Several employees commented that the experience felt different from internal meetings or scheduled training sessions. Working together in an informal setting made communication easier. Conversations were less structured, and people from different departments interacted more naturally during breaks between activities.
In daily operations, Ryan Electric's work is largely focused on technical accuracy, safety requirements, and production schedules. Events like the Staff Sports Day create a short pause from that rhythm. For many participants, it was simply a practical way to connect with colleagues and understand how different teams work together.
Similar activities may be considered again in the future, depending on project timelines and production planning. From a working perspective, clearer internal communication supports smoother cooperation across teams, which is essential in the manufacture and delivery of power transformers and related power distribution equipment.
