General Requirements For Dry-type Transformers

Jul 13, 2023

Dry-type power transformer for three-phase epoxy resin cast copper core dry-type, self-cooling/air-cooled energy-saving transformer, made according to IEC standards, with low loss, small size, light weight, low noise, strong corrosion resistance, energy saving, saving operating costs and other advantages, transformer and low-voltage main line cabinet or frequency conversion power cabinet installed side by side. The transformer has a protective housing with enclosure rating: IP20.
Under the specified conditions of use, the dry-type transformer should be able to operate continuously at full load normally, and when the input voltage fluctuates within the range of ±10%, the temperature rise of the dry-type transformer will not damage the insulation material, and it can withstand the dynamic stability and thermal stability effects caused by the external short circuit within 3 seconds.
Dry-type transformer temperature control device features:
Temperature measurement function integration, circuit display of three-phase winding temperature value, tracking display of the hottest one-phase winding temperature value (can be switched at will), with automatic or manual control fan start and stop, overtemperature alarm, overtemperature tripping, sound and light alarm and other functions, can save all detection parameters before power failure for query, all output contact capacity AC250V/7A, 4~20mA analog output or RS485 computer communication interface.
Each transformer must be installed according to the following standards.
- Rated nameplate
- Terminal block box
- Lifting hook
——Sliding guide rail and hook, each transformer should be installed with rollers, and its trajectory should be provided by the supplier.
- Grounding
- Temperature measuring element: The temperature of the coil is measured with a temperature sensor and does not exceed IEC standards.
