Dragon Boat Festival 2026: Welfare Distribution at Ryan Electric Factory
Shift change at the Ryan Electric main lobby looked different this morning. Stacked on wooden pallets directly under the large LED display showing the Dragon Boat Festival greetings, hundreds of Zongzi boxes were ready for distribution. This isn't just a holiday gesture; it's a deliberate part of our employee welfare program. We timed the handout for exactly 8:15 AM to ensure the morning briefing for the pad-mounted transformer assembly team wasn't delayed.
Every staffer, including the HV winding technicians who just finished the 24-hour heat run tests on our latest dry-type transformers, received a box. In a 120,000㎡ plant like ours, maintaining team morale is as critical as maintaining our Manufacturing Capabilities. A stable workforce is the primary reason we maintain our delivery rates for the Eaton partner projects we handle for the North American market.
While the administrative wing begins the holiday break, the production floor is wrapping up the final tanking phase for a set of oil-immersed transformers bound for a utility substation project. We've assigned project managers to remain on standby to monitor shipping logs and customs clearance. More data on our operational standards can be found in the About Ryan Electric & Eaton Partnership section.
Holiday Notice: Offices are closed for the festival, but technical communication channels remain open for active contract monitoring.
